Coral Club complies with German legislation, including §§ 355–356 and § 357 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB), which regulate the consumer's right of withdrawal and product return, as well as the provisions of the Fernabsatzrecht (distance selling law). At the same time, the company aims to provide its customers with an additional level of convenience. Therefore, in addition to the statutory 14-day return period, we voluntarily extend this period to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

In the case of a wrong product choice, the cost of return is borne by the buyer in accordance with § 357 (6) BGB. You can exchange the purchased product for:

• An identical product;
• Any other product from the Coral Club range with a price adjustment:

• If the new product is more expensive — you pay the difference;
• If the new product is cheaper — the price difference will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original purchase, or, by agreement with the customer, by crediting bonus points to the Coral Wallet in the personal account within 14 calendar days of the product’s arrival at the warehouse and inspection, in accordance with § 357 BGB.
